DatOlivo provides pre-purchase technical inspection services for residential apartments in Chile. Our services include visual inspection, equipment-based testing, and written reporting of observable conditions at the time of inspection.

Inspection reports are provided for the exclusive use of the client who contracted the inspection. Reports document observable conditions at the time of inspection and are not transferable to subsequent property owners or other parties without our written consent.
Reports are delivered within 48 hours of inspection completion. The information contained in reports reflects conditions observed during the inspection and should not be considered comprehensive or exhaustive.

Inspection appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule inspections due to weather conditions, property access issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
All inspection reports, photographs, and materials provided by DatOlivo remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use reports for their intended purpose but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
We maintain confidentiality regarding client information and inspection findings, except as required by law or with client consent. Clients agree not to disclose our inspection methodologies or proprietary processes to third parties.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our inspection services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Chilean courts in accordance with Chilean law.
You agree to indemnify and hold DatOlivo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any inspection contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and DatOlivo regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
